GUESS BGC Store is seeking a Store Supervisor to drive monthly sales targets, manage profitability, and supervise store personnel. You will monitor daily quotas, maintain inventory, execute promotions, and ensure adherence to branding and selling culture.

The role requires a four-year degree, leadership ability, and strong communication. Prior store management experience is preferred; training and career growth opportunities are offered by GUESS.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any four (4) year course.
• Work related experience preferred.
• Effective oral communication and writing skills.
• People handling and leadership skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• STAR QUALITY.
• With Pleasing Personality.
• Store Management: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and discuss the daily sales quota to attain the monthly sales budget.
• Maintain and analyze ideal inventory level on weekly basis to support planned sales.
• Proper execution and evaluation of promotional activities based on mechanics.
• Adhere to monthly budget to avoid excess on expenditures.
• Ensure regular vs sale items sold on a daily basis are within set ratio to increase profit.
• Accuracy of Accomplished Daily Store inspection checklist to ensure alignment to branding.
• Maintain zero-variance inventory on a daily basis and timely reporting of discrepancy to minimize losses.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer experience in the store through adherence with the GUESS Selling Culture.
• Train and coach staff during pep talks to enhance their skills in selling and product knowledge.
• Perform effective performance counselling in a timely manner to sustain good performers.

• Adhere to monthly budget to avoid excess on expenditures
• Ensure regular vs Sale items sold on a daily basis are within set ratio to increase profit
