Ideal candidates will have a four-year degree, some store leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while controlling expenses and optimizing inventory and promotions.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any four-year course.
• Work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and discuss daily sales quota to meet monthly budget.
• Maintain and analyze weekly inventory levels to support planned sales.
• Execute and evaluate promotions according to mechanics.
• Adhere to monthly budget to control expenditures.
• Manage sale vs. regular item mix to maximize profit.
• Ensure store inspections align with branding.
• Maintain zero-variance inventory and report discrepancies promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer experience per the GUESS selling culture.
• Train and coach staff to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
• Conduct performance counseling to sustain and motivate staff.
