STARBREAKER CORP is seeking a Store Supervisor with barista experience to lead a team, ensure quality service, and manage daily operations at AMAIA SKIES and The Corner Market branches in the Philippines.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining standards for beverage preparation, scheduling, cash management, and promoting store events while upholding safety and sanitation policies.

Qualifications

• 1) Identifies Barista performance challenges and coaches their improvement.
• 2) Supervises Barista to ensure friendly, individualized service and educates customers on items.
• 3) Trains and oversees Baristas to meet approved recipes and timelines.
• 4) Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• 5) Manages staff schedules to meet manpower needs across shifts.
• 6) Coordinates with Team Leaders to balance schedules and staff movements.
• 7) Oversees cash handling and sales reporting per policies and procedures.
• 8) Maintains product knowledge and prepares coffee according to approved methods.
• 9) Ensures cleanliness, sanitation and safety in store operations.
• 10) Maintains workspace and coordinates repairs to reflect brand identity.
• 11) Implements company policies and protocols and revisions.
• 12) Facilitates incident investigations involving employees or store conditions.
• 13) Administers reporting on timekeeping, pay slips, uniforms, etc.
• 14) Aids marketing promotions or store events and educates staff accordingly.
