Job summary

STARBREAKER CORP. is seeking a Store Supervisor/Barista Lead for Valenzuela branches to supervise baristas, ensure quality beverage service, and uphold store operations with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires coordinating staff schedules across shifts, training teams, and maintaining product knowledge while ensuring cleanliness and brand compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent food & beverage role.
• Barista certification is a plus in line with job duties.
• Willing to work flexible hours and oversee multiple stores/locations.
• Ability to structure and analyze qualitative or quantitative data and draw insights.
• Willing to be assigned to VALENZUELA branches.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance challenges and coach baristas for continuous improvement.
• Supervise barista service with friendly, personalized customer attention and educate customers on beverages and food items.
• Train and oversee baristas to ensure products are prepared to approved standards and on time.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees, location, and store operations.
• Manage staff schedules to meet manpower needs across shifts and stores.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance schedules and staff movements.
• Oversee cashiering and fund management; ensure timely availability of funds and accurate sales reporting.
• Maintain product knowledge and prepare coffee according to approved recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and beverage safety; manage equipment and supplies.
• Keep workspaces clean and coordinate repairs/maintenance to uphold brand standards.
• Implement company policies and new protocols as issued.
• Assist with incident investigations involving staff or store conditions and relate to the lessor.
• Handle reporting on employee benefits and timekeeping documents.
