Job summary

The candidate should have 3+ years in supervision within food and beverage, a barista background is a plus, and flexibility to oversee several locations, including Taguig and nearby branches.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or coffee shop.
• Barista certification or equivalent in food and beverage service.
• Flexible hours and overseeing multiple stores.
• Ability to structure and analyze data to draw insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Pateros and Taguig branches.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance challenges and coach baristas for continuous improvement.
• Supervise baristas to provide friendly, attentive service.
• Train and oversee baristas to ensure quality and speed.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manage staff schedules and coordinate with team leaders.
• Oversee cashiering and fund management and sales reporting.
• Maintain product knowledge and coffee preparation per standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment readiness.
• Maintain workspace and coordinate repairs or maintenance.
• Implement company policies and protocols.
• Facilitate incident investigations.
• Assist marketing promotions and store events.
