Job summary

STARBREAKER CORP is hiring a store supervisor to manage barista teams and daily store operations in Balanga, Batangas region. You will coach staff, ensure quality beverage preparation, maintain safety and cleanliness, and coordinate staffing across shifts to meet market demand.

This role requires prior supervisory experience in food/beverage services, flexibility for extended hours, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or food/beverage setting.
• Barista certification is a plus with relevant coursework.
• Amenable to flexible operational hours and overseeing multiple stores/locations.
• Ability to structure and analyze qualitative/quantitative data for insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance challenges and coach staff for continuous improvement.
• Supervise service with friendly, individualized attention to customers and educate on products.
• Train and oversee Baristas to ensure timely, quality beverage preparation.
• Maintain welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manage staff schedules to meet manpower needs across shifts and locations.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance schedules and staff movements.
• Oversee cashiering, cash handling, and sales reporting per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safe operation of equipment.
