Job summary

STARBREAKER CORP in Makati City is seeking a Stores Barista Supervisor to lead cafe teams, coach performance, monitor skill development, and ensure smooth service with friendly, personalized attention.

You will manage staff schedules across shifts, coordinate with leaders, oversee cashiering and funds, maintain cleanliness and safety, and assist with promotions and store events while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• At least three years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent.
• Barista skills a plus with relevant certificate in food and beverage service.
• Willing to work flexible hours and oversee multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance gaps, coach staff, and monitor skill development for continuous improvement.
• Supervise service with friendly, personalized attention to customers and educate on products.
• Train and oversee baristas to ensure timely, accurate beverage preparation.
• Manage staff schedules to meet manpower needs across shifts and locations.
• Oversee cashiering, fund management, deposits, and sales reporting per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall store operation standards.
