Job summary

Qualifications

• Barista certification is a plus and preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours and oversee multiple stores.
• Able to organize data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Identifies performance challenges and coaches Baristas for continuous improvement.
• Supervises service with friendly, personalized customer attention and educates on items.
• Trains Baristas to prepare products per approved recipes promptly.
• Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manages staff schedules to cover shifts and activities.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders to balance manpower.
• Oversees cashiering and fund management with timely deposits and reporting.
• Maintains product knowledge and coffee preparation according to standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of store and equipment.
• Keeps workspace clean and coordinates repairs and maintenance.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• Facilitates incident investigations involving staff or store conditions.
• Manages reporting on timekeeping, pay slips, uniforms.
• Supports marketing promotions and staff education.
