Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or F&B environment.
• Barista experience is a plus with a relevant certificate.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and oversee multiple stores/locations.
• Ability to structure and interpret qualitative/quantitative data to draw insights.

Responsibilities

• Identifies performance challenges and coaches staff for continuous improvement.
• Supervises service with friendly, personalized attention and educates customers on products.
• Trains Baristas to prepare products per approved methods and meet demand.
• Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees, store, and operation.
• Manages staff schedules to cover shifts and activities across locations.
• Cooperates with Team Leaders to balance schedules and staff movements.
• Oversees cashiering and fund management; handles deposits and sales reporting per policy.
• Maintains product knowledge and prepares beverages per standards.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety; ensures equipment readiness.
• Keeps workspace and carts in good condition; coordinates repairs/maintenance.
• Implements company policies and revised procedures.
• Facilitates investigations related to store operations and employees.
• Manages reporting on timekeeping and staff-related documents (pay slips, uniforms).
• Supports marketing promotions or store events and trains staff accordingly.
