Job summary

SM Retail, Inc. – Corporate is seeking a store supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead the sales team to hit targets, ensure shelves are stocked and displays are attractive, and uphold store safety and cleanliness.

You will deliver excellent customer service, monitor performance, train and motivate teammates, and be ready to be assigned to Cavite, Laguna, or Batangas branches. College graduates with at least one year in retail or supervisory roles are encouraged to
