Job summary

Konnet International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service across our Metro Manila stores.

You will lead store teams, monitor KPIs, uphold visual merchandising standards, schedule shifts, and coordinate with the Store Manager to optimize store performance. The role requires 2–3 years in retail operations, willingness to work six days, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency in MS

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, guide, and motivate store personnel to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, productivity, and adherence to work schedules.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support to team members to improve performance and develop skills.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock handling to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, and stocktaking activities.
• Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation per standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and health & safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and relevant departments to address operational concerns and improve performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Manager or management.

Role Summary

The Store Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure smooth store operations, achievement of sales targets, excellent customer service, and effective inventory management. The role supports the Store Manager in leading the store team, monitoring staff performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures to drive sales growth and deliver a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets, profitability goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, guide, and motivate store personnel to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales objectives.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock handling to minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, and stocktaking activities.
• Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising standards, product displays, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and relevant departments to address operational concerns and improve store performance.

Key to your success in this role will be:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role preferred.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, pharmacy, supermarket, convenience store, or retail chain operations is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to support sales target achievement and monitor store performance.
• Strong leadership, team supervision, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work a six-day workweek, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to be assigned to any store location as required.
