Job summary

Konnet International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate – B2C Operations for on-site work in Taguig. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure timely receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and outbound dispatch.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, B2C PICs, customer service, and logistics partners to meet service levels and resolve issues. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics are preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

The Warehouse Operations Associate – B2C Operations is responsible for overseeing and monitoring daily B2C warehouse activities to ensure timely receiving, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and outbound dispatch. The role serves as the primary coordinator between warehouse personnel, B2C PICs, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure operational targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

B2C Operations Monitoring

• Monitor daily B2C order fulfillment activities to ensure orders are processed within established service level agreements (SLAs).


• Ensure receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities are completed according to operational schedules.


• Coordinate with the B2C PIC regarding daily workload, priorities, and operational concerns.

Inbound and Receiving Oversight

• Monitor inbound deliveries and receiving schedules.


• Prepare a clean summary of files for inbound and outbound transactions that is being updated on a regular basis.


• Ensure all inbound deliveries are supplied with corresponding Inbound Receipt.


• Ensure all received inventory is processed, documented, and reflected accurately in inventory systems.


• Coordinate with B2C PIC regarding receiving delays, discrepancies, or inventory concerns.


• Escalate unresolved receiving issues to management when necessary.

Outbound and Fulfillment Oversight

• Log and properly monitor product pull out, stock transfers from the B2C Warehouse going to another location.


• Monitor daily order fulfillment progress and outbound shipment schedules.


• Ensure orders are dispatched within agreed timelines.


• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams regarding shipment-related concerns.


• Track and report fulfillment backlogs, delayed orders, and operational exceptions

Inventory Control and Accuracy

• Monitor inventory movement and stock levels within warehouse systems.


• Update the Inventory sheet on a daily basis to get real time inventory information.


• Coordinate stock investigations and reconciliation activities with warehouse teams.


• Assist in identifying inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.


• Support cycle count and inventory audit activities.

Operational Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of coordination between warehouse teams, B2C PICs, customer service, logistics providers, and management.


• Communicate operational updates, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.


• Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution of operational concerns.


• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to provide support and ensure smooth execution of warehouse-related operations and initiatives.


• Assist in planning warehouse activities during peak sales periods and promotion

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.


• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to receiving, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and dispatch performance.


• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date Operating Expense (OPEX) tracker on a regular basis, ensuring that all expenses are properly recorded, monitored, and reconciled.


• Ensure strict monitoring and timely tracking of expenses to support accurate forecasting and facilitate budget requests well in advance of funding requirements.


• Maintain documentation of operational issues, corrective actions, and process improvements.


• Support management reviews by providing operational insights and analysis.

Process Improvement

• Identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.


• Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels.

Compliance and Safety

• Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and procedures.


• Monitor adherence to inventory control processes and operational standard.

Key to your success in this role will be:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with equivalent work experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain operations.


• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management.


• Experience coordinating B2C or e-commerce operations is preferred.
