Sucree Coco and Love, Inc. / IDIM DIY Bakery is seeking a Store/Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily store operations at SM MOA.

The role focuses on planning, team leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve sustainable sales and profitability. Qualified candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail, a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in F&B or Retail Management and Store Operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication and coordination skills.
• Team player with leadership maturity.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, and manages day-to-day store activities to deliver high customer service and sustainable sales.
• Oversees people management, training, and staff scheduling to meet operations needs.
• Ensures sales targets are reached and prepares sales presentations for store performance.
• Manages inventory and minimizes loss through proper loss-prevention procedures.
• Raises store concerns to departments and suggests improvements to systems and processes.
• Ensures compliance with government statutory requirements.

POSITION: STORE / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

Branches:

• SM MOA

The Store Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. People Management and Training

• Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Plans out and manages employees’ activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.

2. Sales and Customer Satisfaction

• Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached

• Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales

3. Inventory Management

• Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed

• Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks

4. Store Management and Compliance

• Ensures that all store concerns are raised to respective departments

• Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes

• Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent

• With at least 2- 3 years of proven experience in Supervisory in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.

• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment

• Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.

• Team player

• Has a strong leadership and maturity to lead the team

• MUST be amenable to work in a Shifting Schedule

• MUST be amenable to work 6 days a week with 1 day off
