POSITION: STORE / RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

The Store Supervisor is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all day-to-day activities of the store. She/He orchestrates and engages the store team to achieve the highest level of customer service standards to deliver sustainable sales and profitable targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

• People Management and Training: Manages the development of the store team and ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Plans out and manages employees activities and schedules in relation to the needs of the operations.
• Sales and Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that the Sales Target for the month is reached; Prepare Sales Presentation for the store’s sales.
• Inventory Management: Minimizes loss by ensuring all loss prevention procedures are followed; Verifies accuracy of inventory of stocks.
• Store Management and Compliance: Ensures that all store concerns are raised to respective departments; Provides suggestions and ideas on ways to improve systems and processes; Oversees and complies with all government statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, any business course or equivalent.
• With at least 2-3 years of proven experience in Supervisory in F&B or Retail Management, and Store Operations.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.
• Team player.
• Has a strong leadership and maturity to lead the team.
