Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Store Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations in-store, ensuring profitability, professional services, ROS and regulatory compliance.

You will act as Pharmacist-In-Charge, handle regulatory matters, and train Pharmacy Assistants to maintain compliant pharmacy operations in our store formats. This role focuses on maintaining brand service standards, performing digital health services, and monitoring inventory and expenses to maximize

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with regulatory knowledge.
• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.
• Familiar with Retail Operating Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations for profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Act as Pharmacist-in-Charge and point of contact for regulatory matters.
• Train and develop Pharmacy Assistants/Associates to ensure compliant operations.
• Ensure digital health services are properly performed.
• Monitor ROS compliance and manage inventory and till integrity.
• Control store expenses and support cost optimization.
