The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing health category initiatives. You will manage digital services, inventory, and workforce programs while maintaining a safe, compliant, profitable store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a licensed pharmacist.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare retail or pharmacy management.
• Experience in sales, customer service and retail operations is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned at Watsons - Dipolog.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

Our Pharmacy Manager is responsible for planning, organizing & leading the pharmacy team/s to achieve highest level of Online & Offline (O+O) customer service, retail sales productivity, retail process and good pharmacy practice to deliver sustainable sales, higher profitability targets and compliant pharmacy operations. He/She also is responsible in championing the implementation and evaluation of all health categories/brand building initiatives and pharmacy workforce programs.

This role focuses on:

• Driving, monitoring and reviewing sales performance and recommending action plans to deliver sales budget and store profitability.
• Ensuring consistency in execution of Brand of Service Standards when dealing with customers (internal or external) and compliance in all regulatory requirements and act as pharmacist-in-charge/point of contact for regulatory matters.
• Performing necessary functions for all digitally enabled services.
• Managing ROS compliance (inventory & till) to work on shrinkage below tolerance level.
• Monitoring of store’s controllable expenses and recommends cost efficiency measures to increase productivity & profitability.
• Adhering to health protocols and implementing crisis management plans to mitigate risks to provide employees and customers safe and clean store environment.
• Building network as liaison to lessors and local partners in the professional association and pharmacy schools for better communication and coordination needed to support the business and future workforce requirements.
• Sustaining team engagement and performance thru coaching, counseling, motivating and disciplining employees

Success will depend on

• Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, monitor and evaluate implementation of online and offline initiatives, propose solutions and track progress to improve sales & profitability
• Ability to manage and monitor brand of service, handle and resolve online & offline customer feedback with sense of urgency and knows how to escalation complex customer complaints
• Ability to practice ethical and legal standards of the profession
• Ability to analyze store profitability and implement cost optimization measures to maximize productivity
• Ability to validate gaps, monitor compliance, & can coach on retail operating standards to work towards improving efficiency
• Ability to benchmark retail practices and relationship building with mall partners, affiliates and professional organizations/partner schools.
• Ability to delegate tasks, can train and coach selling techniques/functional skills and engage team to maximize productivity & can sustain team motivation.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Healthcare - Pharmacy, Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Candidate MUST BE A LICENSED PHARMACIST
• Required skills: Sales management, /Sales delivery, customer service delivery, retail process management, resource and cost management, Good Pharmacy Practice.
• Must be willing to be assigned at WATSONS - Dipolog.
