The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing health category initiatives. You will manage digital services, inventory, and workforce programs while maintaining a safe, compliant, profitable store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and a licensed pharmacist.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare retail or pharmacy management.
• Experience in sales, customer service and retail operations is preferred.
• Willing to be assigned at Watsons - Dipolog.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy team to deliver best-in-class service.
• Drive online and offline sales and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory and till controls to reduce shrinkage.
• Coach staff on selling techniques and customer service.
• Build partnerships with local pharmacies and schools.
• Uphold health protocols and crisis management planning.
