Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead the Bukidnon store’s pharmacy team, ensuring premier customer service, sales productivity, and compliant pharmacy operations.

The role requires a licensed pharmacist with at least 5 years in retail/pharmacy management, and willingness to be assigned to Bukidnon. You will drive brand standards, manage inventory, and coach staff to sustain profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a valid pharmacist license are required.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmacy/retail management.
• Licensed pharmacist with strong sales and customer service skills.
• Preferred experience in Healthcare - Pharmacy or retail management.
• Based at Watsons Bukidnon or willing to be assigned there.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy team to deliver online and offline customer service.
• Drive sales performance and store profitability through actions.
• Ensure Brand of Service Standards and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory and till accuracy (ROS compliance).
• Manage expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Coach and engage staff to maximize productivity and service.
• Collaborate with partners and schools for workforce needs.
