Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. seeks a Store Pharmacist to supervise pharmacy operations, ensure compliance, and lead training for assistants.

The role includes acting as Pharmacist-In-Charge and the primary regulatory contact in-store, with accountability for service standards and profitability. Candidates must be a licensed pharmacist with familiarity in Retail Operation Standards and experience in sales/customer service.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist required and registered.
• Familiarity with Retail Operation Standards.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service preferred; newly licensed Pharmacists invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pharmacy operations including ROS, regulatory compliance and profitability.
• Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge and point of contact for regulatory matters.
• Train and develop Pharmacy Assistants/Associates for compliant operations.
• Uphold Brand of Service Standards in all customer interactions.
• Manage digital services and support ROS compliance to reduce shrinkage.
