Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with advanced selling experience and understanding of retail and industry.
• Industry: apparel/fashion/FMCG retail preferred.
• Language skills: good command of oral and written English & Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Allocates resources and organizes processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Tracks performance data and adjusts to maximize sales and efficiency.
• Actively supervises and coordinates team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Coaches team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Drives sales and brand experience using adidas customer service model.
• Ensures visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are followed.
