Job summary

adidas Philippines seeks a Store Manager to drive profitability and deliver a leading customer shopping experience in our sports fashion store. You will lead a team, monitor KPIs, optimize stock and visuals, and ensure compliance with store policies while developing talent and maintaining brand standards.

You will guide performance, growth, and store operations, ensuring adidas brand integrity and an engaging in-store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with a minimum of 24 months of Store Management responsibility.
• Experience in Apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG Retail is preferred.
• Good command of English & Filipino, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of the store and allocates resources to drive profitability in varying conditions.
• Tracks store performance data and makes commercial decisions based on financial judgment.
• Leads service by example and ensures high-quality customer service at all times.
• Creates a high-performance culture by setting expectations, analyzing performance, and coaching the team.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the store team and adherence to HR policies.
