Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, cafe, or similar F&B setting.
• Barista experience is a plus; F&B service certificate is an advantage.
• Able to work flexible hours and oversee multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Baristas to ensure friendly, personalized service and educate customers about products.
• Coach Baristas and monitor skill development for continuous improvement.
• Train staff to prepare beverages to approved standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts and locations, coordinating with team leaders.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and sales reporting per company policy.
• Maintain product knowledge and prepare beverages to standard processes.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, equipment function, and supply availability.
• Keep store maintained and coordinate repairs/maintenance to brand standards.
• Implement company policies and updates; support promotions and events.
