Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking a Store Supervisor in Bulacan to oversee daily store operations, coach Baristas, ensure quality service, and maintain brand standards. You will manage schedules, heighten customer experiences, and coordinate with team leaders to ensure efficient, compliant store performance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on coffee knowledge. Flexibility for extended hours and multi-branch oversight is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in restaurant/coffee shop or equivalent.
• Barista experience is a plus; certificate in Food and Beverage Service is advantageous.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended hours and overseeing multiple store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Bulacan branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
• Supervise Baristas to ensure store integrity and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and motivation for team development and goals.
• Identify performance gaps, coach improvements, and monitor progress.
• Educate customers about premium beverages and food items with friendly service.
• Train Baristas to follow approved standards and timely preparation.
• Ensure welfare, safety, and security of employees and store locations.
• Manage staff schedules across shifts and store activities.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders to balance manpower and staff movements.
• Oversee cashiering and fund management, deposits, and sales reporting.
• Maintain product knowledge and prepare beverages to standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, equipment, and supply availability.
• Maintain store upkeep and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Implement company policies and updates, and assist with incident investigations.
• Prepare employee-related reports, including benefits, time records, pay slips, and uniforms.
• Support marketing promotions and store events, training staff on activities.
