Job summary

Pickup Coffee in the Philippines seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations at Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, and General Trias branches. You will coach baristas, manage schedules, and ensure service quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

The role requires hands-on coffee knowledge, strong customer focus, and the ability to analyze data to improve performance and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisor experience in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent F&B establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; F&B service certificate is advantageous.
• Willing to work flexible and extended hours and oversee multiple store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Willing to be assigned to Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas and General Trias branches.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure store integrity and compliance with standards.
• Trains and coaches Baristas to meet approved beverage and food preparation standards.
• Manages staff schedules to cover multiple shifts and locations.
• Ensures welfare, safety, and security of employees and store operations.
• Coordinates with Team Leaders to balance manpower and movements.
• Oversees cashiering and fund management in line with policies.
• Maintains product knowledge and prepares beverages per standards.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment functionality.
• Ensures store facilities meet brand standards and coordinates maintenance.
• Implements company policies and updates
• Supports marketing promotions and store events, educating staff accordingly.
