The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) for the Solaire Resort and Casino location. You will lead and coach the cafe team, oversee daily store operations, and ensure service standards align with CBTL values.

The role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, plus experience in P&L, inventory control, and cost management. You will drive sales, manage staffing, and uphold FROTH values (Friendliness, Respect, Ownership, Teamwork, Honesty) while delivering

Qualifications

At least 3 years’ experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related industries.
With experience in people/team management.
Knowledgeable in P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
