Job summary

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf PH is hiring a Cafe Lead (Store Manager) at The Outlets at Lipa. This role will directly lead the cafe team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

You will monitor sales, P&L, inventory, and cost control while driving sales targets and upholding CBTL’s FROTH values in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in F&B, retail, hotel & restaurant management.
• Experience in people/team management.
• Knowledge of P&L, sales reports, inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the cafe team
