Job summary

You will lead the sales team, manage inventory and stock accuracy, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with the warehouse to meet selling requirements while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in store operations, inventory management, customer management, or sales management.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals and service standards.
• Promote and suggest related items to increase sales.
• Attend store meetings and training to develop skills.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on the selling floor.
• Follow cash handling and safety policies.
• Assist in inventory, pricing, transfers, and stock counts.
