Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sales Achievement Plan: meet/exceed sales goals and service standards.
• Customer Engagement: ensure high customer satisfaction, spend time on the selling floor.
• Store Operations: follow cash handling policies, support safety standards, maintain brand image and housekeeping, ensure promotional accuracy.
• Merchandise and Stock Management: participate in receiving, transfers, pricing, counts, and inventories; maintain stock levels; coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor.
• People Management: organize staff schedules and motivate staff to achieve sales targets; ensure policy compliance.
