Job summary

INSPI Philippine is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our Sta. Lucia Mall location. You will lead a fashion-focused team, ensure top customer experiences, and drive sales through coaching and performance management.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of store management or supervisory experience in fashion/apparel retail, strong leadership, and a passion for growth. This is a full-time on-site role in Cainta, with relocation flexibility as needed.
