• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in retail supervision, team leadership, or store management.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfortable analyzing store performance and operational reports.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
