Job summary

VISMAY INTERNATIONAL CORP. is seeking a Store Manager for our Cebu branch to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure high customer service standards. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and monitor store performance to meet KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in retail or store operations, plus 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Willingness to work extended hours and be based in Cebu is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, sales, or store operations.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Experience in consumer electronics, karaoke/audio equipment, or service center operations is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by business operations.
