Job summary

Abenson Ventures, Inc. is seeking a Store Compliance & Control Officer to safeguard inventory accuracy and ensure store readiness. You will support efficient operations, reinforce compliance, and help the team run smoothly across multiple stores in Cebu City.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree and 2–3 years in inventory or retail operations with strong Excel and data skills. This role focuses on accuracy, accountability, and problem-solving within a growing retail brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movements and stock room operations.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
• Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and stock availability.
• Monitor compliance with inventory and procedures.
• Maintain records of stock transfers and movements.
• Prepare inventory, compliance, and operational reports.
• Support merchandising standards and replenishment.
• Coordinate withStore Leads, Operations, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movements, stock room operations, and inventory records.
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual inventory counts.

• Monitor compliance with inventory and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, deliveries, and movements.
• Prepare inventory, compliance, and operational reports.
• Support merchandising standards and replenishment planning.
• Coordinate with Store Leads, Operations, and Product Management teams.

What We're Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in inventory, retail operations, auditing, cashiering, or stock control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with reports and data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems.
• Trustworthy, accountable, and process-oriented.
