Job summary

IKEA Philippines, part of Ikano Retail, seeks an experienced IT support professional for store IT operations to ensure high availability and security of IT systems. You will troubleshoot, support, and coordinate with store users and SO IT on patches, upgrades and documentation.

The role requires a diploma in IT, a minimum of 3 years in IT support, and hands-on experience with Navision, LS Retail, POS, CRM and SQL databases. Local travel and weekend support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT-related discipline (Computer Science or Information Technology).
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting super users, system testing and IT support activities.
• Experience in retail IT including Navision, LS Retail, POS, CRM and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day IT operations and store IT support to ensure high availability, performance and security of IT systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and communicate with store users on IT incidents with resolution and escalation as needed.
• Support IT audits, compliance and security reviews & assessments.
• Assist with local Store IT projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Support testing, training, implementation and upgrades of Store IT systems and documentation.
• Coordinate with SO IT on security patches and antivirus updates as required.
• Maintain inventory of hardware, software licenses and support contracts.
• Ensure IT staff compliance through checks and services and assist procurement with renewals.
