The role ensures the seamless daily functioning of store-level technology, POS systems, and administrative hardware, serving cashiers, floor supervisors, and back-office staff on-site. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates; you will provide frontline technical support, assist with daily closing routines and basic software/ hardware maintenance to keep checkout lanes moving and store operations

Qualifications

Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants encouraged to apply with hands-on school projects or basic troubleshooting background.
Education in IT/CS related fields preferred.
Familiarity with Windows and Google Workspace ok; basic networking exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

Retail POS and Checkout Support for front-end lanes and peripherals.
Provide frontline technical support for POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash drawers.
Troubleshoot transaction slowdowns, hardware disconnects, and peripheral failures to minimize customer wait times.
Assist with daily closing routines, POS software syncs, and end-of-day register data verification.
Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and printers used by staff.
Resolve basic software glitches and other productivity tool errors for office and floor staff.
