Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking a Store IT Support specialist to perform day-to-day IT operations in the store, ensuring high availability, performance and security of IT systems. You will handle incidents, requests and coordinate with vendors as needed.

The role covers system testing, backups, patching, and compliance, supporting super users and maintaining hardware, software licenses and documentation. Experience in a retail environment with Navision/LS Retail and SQL is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT-related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in IT support or store IT operations.
• Experience supporting super users, system testing and incident handling.
• Experience in Service Desk operations, monitoring, backup/restore, patching and malware protection.
• Retail IT environment experience with Navision, LS Retail, POS, CRM and SQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day IT operations and store IT support to ensure high availability, performance and security of IT systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, communicate with store users and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support IT audits, compliance reviews, and local store IT project activities within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-site work during rebuilds or relocations and maintain documentation.
