Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of retail experience, and strong leadership, communication, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills; Filipino and English fluency is required.

You will recruit and train staff, organize displays, maintain SOPs, and report to HQ with strategic store improvements.

• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Maintain tidy and clean store.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling area.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and store standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage staff; appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Maintain safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, hiring, and assignments to HQ.
• Follow SOPs and directives from Asst/Branch Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
