You will recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed while ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in retail, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field is required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Comply with legal requirements to protect store reputation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; supervise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team for effective operations.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare, update, and report sales, staffing, and assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow established SOPs and guidelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
