Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customer.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe & clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering items as needed.
• Report to HQ & Superior on sales, staffing, and assignments.
• Submit documents to HQ and Superior as required.
• Adhere to SOPs and guidelines.
• Other duties assigned by Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
