Job summary

MR DIY Philippines Valencia store is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor to drive sales growth, lead a team, and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of retail experience, and strong leadership, merchandising, and coaching skills. Based in Valencia, Negros Oriental, you will set up displays, manage staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail industry.
• Experience in supervision, people management, and coaching.
• Willing to work in Valencia, Negros Oriental.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on operations.
• Keep employees and customers safe in a clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments to HQ and superior.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Any other duty assigned by Assistant Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
