MR. DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to lead a busy retail team, drive sales growth, keep the store well-displayed, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and strong customer service to maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of retail experience required.
• Strong organizational, leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure cleanliness.
• Greet, assist, and serve customers.
• Ensure legal compliance and safe store environment.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Provide guidance to team for efficient operations.
• Manage stock, purchases, and cash handling.
• Report sales and staffing to HQ and superiors.
• Adhere to SOPs and internal guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
