Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months in a sports/fashion retail role with at least 24 months in store management.

• Proficient in English and Filipino.
• Basic numeracy and literacy with strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Takes ownership of the store and allocates resources to drive profitability.
• Tracks store KPIs and makes commercial decisions based on data.
• Monitors customer satisfaction and drives continuous improvement.
• Leads service by example and maintains brand equity through merchandising.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
