Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in the Philippines to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales while ensuring premium customer experience. You will guide Sales Experts, assist in reporting, and ensure flawless partner program execution on the sales floor.

The role requires strong English communication, sales prowess, and leadership abilities, with a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent sales presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Sales targets achievement track record.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory management and retail sale processes.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with premium FMCG/retail brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations to meet sales and customer experience goals.
• Lead Sales Experts, assist in store reporting, and ensure partner program execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and inventory control.
• In Store Manager absence, assume full responsibility for store operations.
