Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and uphold a premium customer experience on the shop floor.

You will guide Retail Sales Experts, assist in store-level reporting, and ensure partner program execution. In the Store Manager’s absence, you’ll assume full responsibility for store operations while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and service-minded attitude.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and retail sales processes.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Experience with premium FMCG/retail brands is an advantage.
