Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager for Cavite to support the Store Manager in daily operations and foster a premium customer experience. This role centers on driving sales, ensuring operational compliance, and upholding visual merchandising and inventory standards.

Qualifications

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
At least 1 year of sales experience.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Professional appearance with excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex messages clearly.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and operational objectives.
Drive sales performance and ensure premium customer experience.
Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and inventory management.
Provide guidance to Retail Sales Experts and assist in store-level reporting.
Ensure partner program execution and act as store lead in absence of Store Manager.
