WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Wellness Store Advisor in the Philippines to deliver a positive customer experience and drive sales growth. The role spans sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other store operations.

The candidate should be capable of multi-tasking, maintain professional conduct, and participate in product training/exams. Strong communication, time management and customer service skills are essential, with a focus on shop quality and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• A. Customer Focus: meet/exceed customer expectations; assist from seniors when needed.

• A. Customer Focus: treat customers with respect and handle inquiries professionally.
• A. Customer Focus: document product feedback to Store Exec.
• A. Customer Focus: help customers navigate the Online Shop.
• B. Sales & Target: achieve monthly sales targets via telesales, upselling, cross-selling.
• C. Product Knowledge: learn products via materials, training, and self-study.
• D. Inventory Management: keep shelves stocked and update shelf-tags.
• E. SOPs & Cleanliness: follow standards, keep store premium looking.
• D. Others: perform tasks assigned by Store Exec.
