Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store activities to ensure all operational and sales objectives are met.
Act as a lead on the sales floor, driving performance, and providing real-time coaching to the sales team.
Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management.
Deliver a premium customer experience and resolve complex inquiries with a service-oriented mindset.
Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
