Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Strong sales and analytical skills to drive revenue and manage store performance.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and be assigned to different store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and train store staff to foster a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management and product availability.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for strategic recommendations.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers for operational support.
