Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering premium customer experiences at SM Sta Rosa. The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, achieving sales goals, and maintaining strong merchandising, inventory, and service standards.

The candidate will guide Retail Sales Experts, contribute to store-level reporting, and ensure partner program execution, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Professional appearance with excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build strong customer relationships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to convey complex messages in a clear, simple manner
• Team-oriented, pleasant, and service-minded attitude
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; results-driven
• Highly motivated by challenges and collaborative in approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in inventory management and retail sales processes
• Passion for continuous learning and adherence to company’s Sales Guidance
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or customer relations strongly preferred
• Experience working with premium FMCG or retail brands is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet sales and operational objectives.
• Drive sales performance and maintain high standards in visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
• Act as a leader on the sales floor, guiding Retail Sales Experts and assisting in store-level reporting.
• Ensure partner program execution and assume full store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
