Job summary

BigTime Empire Corporation is seeking a Stores Site Acquisition Specialist to identify, evaluate, and secure new store locations across Metro Manila.

You will conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping to assess viability, coordinate lease negotiations with owners and brokers, and prepare feasibility reports for management.

The role requires extensive field work, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, property documentation, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate potential locations for new store expansion based on company site selection criteria.
• Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping to assess viability of prospective sites.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers regarding lease negotiations and site availability.
• Prepare site evaluation reports, financial feasibility studies, and recommendations for management approval.
• Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and other documentary requirements related to site acquisition.
• Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development, Franchise Executive teams during the store expansion process.
• Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.
