Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture).
• 1–3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, leasing, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, property documentation, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work.
• Having a valid driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams during expansion.
• Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.

2. Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor mapping to assess the viability of prospective sites.

3. Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and developers regarding lease negotiations and site availability.

4. Prepare site evaluation reports, financial feasibility studies, and recommendations for management approval.

5. Process and monitor lease agreements, permits, and other documentary requirements related to site acquisition.

6. Collaborate with Operations, Construction, Legal, Finance, and Business Development, Franchise Executive teams during the store expansion process.

7. Maintain an updated database of available sites, lease expirations, and pipeline projects.

8. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company standards before endorsement.
